Linked in Friendship, Connected in Service

Dr. Gail Shorter-Judson
President
Welcome to the Pensacola (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated
We are honored to welcome you to our virtual home and to share the spirit, service, and sisterhood that define our chapter. The Pensacola (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is a collective of professional women committed to friendship, service, and the enrichment of our communities across Escambia, Santa Rosa, and surrounding Emerald Coast regions.
Our mission is to transform communities through service and engagement while strengthening families, uplifting youth, and advancing cultural and civic awareness. Grounded in a legacy of excellence and leadership, we work collaboratively to address critical needs in education, health and wellness, economic development, and the arts.
Our vision is to be a trusted catalyst for sustainable community impact—developing programs that not only respond to present challenges but also build pathways for future generations to thrive.
Theme: Building on Legacy, Leading with Purpose
This year’s theme reflects both who we are and where we are going. We stand on the strong foundation laid by those who came before us—women who led with courage, vision, and unwavering commitment to service. As we honor that legacy, we move forward with renewed purpose, intentional action, and a deep responsibility to lead change in the communities we serve.
Through signature initiatives, strategic partnerships, and hands-on service, the Pensacola Chapter continues to invest in programs that empower youth, support families, promote wellness, and celebrate cultural heritage. From classrooms to community centers, from health forums to youth mentorship, our work is rooted in impact and driven by purpose.
We invite you to explore our initiatives, learn more about our service facets, and join us in celebrating the power of collective action. Together, we are not only preserving a legacy—we are building a future.
With purpose and gratitude,
GAIL
